Import Lotus Notes Email into Outlook/Outlook Express

Hi All

Any guys here have any idea how to import those exported
Lotus Notes Email (Structured text) into Outlook or
Outlook Express ?

If this cannot be done, is there any 3rd party tools to do
that?
