synchronizing sent files in Yahoo to Outlook express

We are living on a boat so we only synchronize yahoo once
a week. In the meantime we send messages or reply to
messages and these do not get synchronized. How do I
include this file in the normal synchronizing regimen and
therefore keep my yahoo file cleared? Thanks for
