Outlook 2000 & Exchange 2000 Problem

I want use my name to forward other E-mail account E-Mail
to user. But i don't know how to config.
I'm I.T. Support in my Co.
I can see all mail box in my outlook 2000. e.g.
administrator mail box or other mail box. for example now
I login to my account "Rex" then I see some E-mail must
send to Peter but in admin account I want forward this
mail to Peter but I forward this mail the name is From
admin. I want set always from me. How to config?
