Outlook 2002 process not terminated on shutdown

Default Outlook 2002 process not terminated on shutdown


Frequently after closing Outlook, the OUTLOOK.EXE process continues to run
on my machine. I am running Outlook 2002 SP2 on XP Home. Any suggestions on
how to end this annoying feature appreciated??

maybe some add-ins / com-add-ins block this?
look somewhere in your options -> advanced -> general -> advanced options
(don't know the english labels)
