Outlook Help Request

I cannot find under the tools section email accounts when
I have installed OUtlook 2000? I am also experiencing
problems with the saving of passwords as I have three
different email accounts. It consistantly asks for me to
keep inputting passwords for my accounts?
PLEASE HELP AS THIS IS REALLY GETTING TO ME AS MY
COLLEAGUES DONT SEEM TO HAVE THESE PROBLEMS?
