Outlook update problem

Hi,

After the following updates
082010, 820291, Q815021, 811493, 819639 and 818529
from Microsoft, I have a problem opening Outlook (Office XP under Window XP
Pro). It always closed the window and prompting for reporting to MS. The
only way to open it is through Start menu (the Quick Lauch and Desktop icon
are both having problem). The Start menu will at least prompt to start in
Safe mode which is working somehow (not exactly normal...)

Should I delete those updates? But I can not see all those update listed
under Add/Remove programs!

Any solution/suggestion?
I also found out there is a new start menu about setting custom or Microsoft
programs to enable/start...What is that M$ junk for?

Need help urgently!!
