access password and VB don't work together

When I try to use Access by setting up password along with VB it gives me
error as:-

Workgroup file missing or is opened in exclusive mode by another user

Please Help

Hi Bikash,

Access knows two ways for pwd´s: One of it is using a workgroup file
(*.mdw). This one is more secure and allows you to define accounts for
several users or rolls. But you´ve to create such a file first.

Please go to an Access related NG for more details and maybe some
samples.
