Programmatically check if PST is password protected

Is there a way using VBScript to check if a PST is password protected?

I'm writing a script that dynamically creates mail profiles, but the import
of the PRF (using Modprof.exe) fails if the PST is password protected. I
would like to be able to check for, and them omit password protected PSTs.
