Code to Send mail automatically...

Hi,
I am using MS Outlook. And I want a piece of code that will auto send
mails. Actually my application goes like I have the DOBs of my pals in DB.
Once if anyone has a Birthday the application should automatically send a
mail to the corresponding mail id(this comes from the DB). I have the code
to retrieve data from DB.But not for autosending mails.
