Default How to add and delete pages - not hide

I'm developing a survey which will use 8 tabs to categorize my questions.
Outlook forms have 6.
How can I add two pages to my form?
I don't want to use frames it I can avoid it.

Also - If I'm only using say 3 pages can I delete (not hide) the other 3
pages ?

While you cannot add more pages to an Outlook custom form, you could use a
multipage control on a single form page. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/formcontrols.htm#multipage
