Itemsend action

I want to create a procedure that will delete messages in my sent item
folder automatically if the recipient is my contacts folder.

I applied a rule from the rules wizard to check when a message is sen
to recipient in my contacts folder, that works, but there is no
actions to delete the message from the sent items folder.

When a message is sent to someone in my contacts ,I assigned instea
those messages the delete category.

I want to create a custom action that will, after a message is sent
check if it is the delete category, if yes delete the message.

I chose the itemsend event, but I don't know how to put if the categor
is delete, then delete the message.

Can I do this, or is there a better way to do this.
