Add-in to auto insert banner graphic in emails

Hi,

I'm looking to hire a programmer to create an add-in that wil
automatically insert/embed a banner graphic (jpeg or gif) when a use
clicks on New or replies to an email (Insert in Replies would be a
optional check box).
