How can i get a calendar message from outlook

Hi list ,

I'm a C programmer and I'm looking for a API or another think that
can get and put calendar and task messages into outlook , does anyon
know if it is possible ?

I Know this list is not for C programmer but i hope that anyone ca
help me !
