Unique Problem

hi,
i have attached an image with this message. Please let me know what I
might be doing wrong. Its creating lot of problems for me. Iam using
Outlook 2000

Basically when iam typing anything in the To field of my custom
mailitem which i have created using the CreateItemFromTemplate method,
the Message Recipients column shows a double entry for the same number

However this does not happen when i use the default Standard New button
of Outlook

The screenshot would give a better idea of what I mean.
Iam really looking forward for some feedback on this.
