Using VBA to check for missing email

I receive an email with some automated test results on a weekly basis.
I would like to use VBA to check and see if the email came through on
a particular day and if no results ("email") was received to display a
message.

Bascially, I want outlook to notify me if a particular email is not
received at a certain time / day.
