Default outlook XP security update

Hello all.

When trying to send an email programmatically in outlook XP (or above)
the user is prompted to allow the action (because of the new security
patch that outlook XP enforces).
I've found a microsoft security form that allows a programmer to
avoide this confirmation from the user but it only applied to exchange
server enviroments. It isn't applicable when outlook is used a third
party Email server (pop3 being the protocol).

Any suggestions on how to avoid this user confirmation of
programmatically sending an email when working outside of an exchange
enviroment ?

Thanks,
Lior.
