Default OL2000 macro button gone

I had a macro in OL2000 for adding senders to the adult senders list; the
button which activated this has disappeared suddenly from my toolbar. So,
two questions: 1) What's the file location for the macro? When I
entered it (from an online site) it never appeared in the macro list.
2) How do I retrieve the button which activated
it?

The original macro would work by allowing me to select files, hit the
button, and the senders would be added to the adult senders list.

TIA

1) Macros are in the VBAProject.OTM File, which you can edit by pressing Alt+F11 in Outlook to open the VBA environment.

2) You might need to add it again with View | Toolbars | Customize.
