Hi
I am getting the notorious "an application is trying to access your application..." whenever I try to send an email using outlook from within access. Is there a way to bypass this? I am using outlook with exchange server. Thanks Regards |

You have a couple of options.
If you are in an Exchange environment, you can download and install the Administrative options package. This will allow you to configure the security update. If you are not, your best option would be to use a third party tool called Redemption (www.dimastr.com/Redemption). For more information abuot the security update, see : http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup.htm -- Patricia Cardoza Outlook MVP Author, Special Edition Using Microsoft Outlook 2003 ***Please post all replies to the newsgroups*** "John" <john@nospam.infovis.co.uk> wrote in message news:en%23XF8UgDHA.2072@TK2MSFTNGP10.phx.gbl... > Hi > > I am getting the notorious "an application is trying to access your > application..." whenever I try to send an email using outlook from within > access.
