COM add-in doesn't load

I have created a COM add-in for Outlook 2002. I have
created a setup file with installsheild to implement the
add-in. When I installed the add-in on other machines,
which is running XP and Outlook 2002 - the same as my
development machine, the add-in does not load. I get no
error message, but when I go into the options menu and COM
add-ins manager within Outlook my COM add-in is unchecked
and the description reads as "Not Loaded: There were
errors when loading the COM Add-in." I have checked the
registry on both my machine and others, and I can't find
anything that would indicate a reason why it loads on my
machine after I had run the install and not the others
that I have installed it on.
