Retrieving Outlook folder's permissions within form script

What is the best way to programatically retrieve an
Outlook public folder's permissions relating to the
current session user from within the vbscript running
behind a custom form? I would like to enable/disable
certain controls on a custom form on a public folder
based on the current user's access level to the folder.
