Default scheduling a macro to run automatically

Is there any simple way to do this ?

I have a macro which sends a specific file along with a message to a few
e-mail adresses. It works fine when I run it manually. Is there any way to
schedule it to run, say, every first day of any month at 06:00 am ?

Thx in advance
