Hi All.
I had this problem with OE6. No one in OE6 newsgroup could help. So I decided to switch back to Outlook 2000. But I am getting the same error. I click print and this is what I get: A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to debug? Line 1343 Error: Unspecified error. [yes] [no] Can anyone here help? Chad |

It appears to only occur with HTML E-mails. (through preview pane or
opening the e-mail) AND Plain Text E-Mails when printing through the preview pane. I will look into the rest of the posts about HTML problems. I fixed my problem.
I don't know if you have to, I didn't, but everyone else says you should, disable your virus scanner. Then I ran the Internet Explorer setup file from the windows update folder. (Win98SE) windows\windows update setup files. I downloaded the ie6 setup file from microsoft website and it did not work! I had to use the setup file in the update folder. Don't ask me why. Rebooted and everything worked fine. There is a huge post at: microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress -> Script Error - Line 1344 - SHDOCLC.DLL Yes the line number of the error is different, but through my journey of problems, I think I had every error possible.
