PRINTING ATTACHMENTS TO COLLATE WITH MESSAGES

I would appreciate help with the following problems re Outlook 2002:

1. When I select several messages with attachments and print them, I
get a stack of messages followed by a stack of attachments. Is there
a way to get them to collate properly?
2. To print Word attachments, Outlook opens a separate window for each
attachment. Therefore, if I try printing several messages at once, my
system gets overloaded. Is there a way to have outlook close the
relevant application after it finishes printing the attachment?
