Printing Headers in Memo style - do not appear

Default Printing Headers in Memo style - do not appear


Outlook 2000 SP3 on Windows 2000 SP4. When printing a
header on an e-mail in the memo it does not print ONLY
when the e-mail is sent.

The header appears on print preview and on hard copy if
priting e-mails from the inbox. However, when checking
print preview on sent, you can see the header, but when
you get the hard copy there is no header.

Can anyone advise at all?
