Outlook Express - background printing

My Outlook Express suddenly started printing a blue
background whenever I print messages. I have set the
commands (under Print options) to Default but it still
continues to print a whole page of blue. I am using a HP
Deskjet 812C printer. It is only doing this in Outlook
Express not Outlook.

Any ideas on how to correct this?
