Outlook 2000 print Page Fault

I can no longer print from Outlook (all other
programs print fine, including Outlook Express) When I try
to print an email, the Print dialogue window has the
Printer Name, Copies and Print Options boxes grayed out
and when I clik the OK button to print I get a DTD. I have
run the Outlook Help menue "repair and detect" with no
results. Rebooted, checked things from safe mode etc. Have
uninstalled and reinstalled, OL 2000, OL express 6, IE 6,
and Office with no solution. When I try to print from OL I
get the following error and a crash to desktop:
