Unable to print

Error message 639, says internet explorer script on tis
page, invalid argument, URL windows system SHDOCLC.DLL
Have added and deleted the HP G55 series printer on three
different occasions, still not working. The computor had
been away for repairs, other print in word, excel etc.
work just fine.
