Label Colors Don't Display on Monitor or Print

I am using Outlook 2002. I have selected labels for various appointments but
the colors do not show either on the computer monitor or when printed.
Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem is?

What view are you using?

I am using Day/Week/Month view.
