Default Recurring Apponitments in Outlook 2003

I would like to set up a recurring appointment that occurs on the 6th week
day of each month. As far as I can see, it is only possible to do this for
the 1, 2, 3, 4 or last week day

David,

If I am understanding this correctly you want an appoint to reoccur on the
6th day (Saturday) of every month. If this is the case did you check
Monthly reoccurring options. You can select to have it reoccur on a
particular day of the month for a specified number of month e.g. 6th day of
every month.

Hope this helps

Thanks for your reply.

That's not exactly what I'm trying to. I need to set up a monthly
appointment that occurs on the 6th week day (i.e. Monday thru Friday
excluding Sat and Sun). THe 6th week day will obviously fall on a different
day of the week each month. I can't use the 'day' option in Outlook as this
includes weekends.

Regards

David

Can't do it. There are many posts of others trying this too.

You might check out this 3rd party add-in from the UK:

http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIn...tment/index.htm

It is supposed to let you add recurring appointments based on a non-standard
schedule.

Good luck,
