Default saving appointment/item

Putting an appointment in the Outlook calendar, get an error message "could
not save item". I do not have a PDA. This happened suddenly. I've done a
detect and repair.

But you did not post your version of Outlook and when this problem started?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Jilpowerhouse asked:

Sorry about that. Version was Office Small Business, 2003. The problem
started just today seemingly out of nowhere. It is the default calendar.
The other two were working. Last night I did another detect and repair, then
rebooted and now it works. Go figure. Thanks for your help.
