Default Free/Busy Time Not Available

We are a large organization using Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server. About
half of the addresses show up as No Information. Our default number of
months to post is 2 and we are publishing every 15 minutes however, it
doesn't seem to matter if the meeting request is today or a month from now.
We cannot find a common denominator. Any ideas?

Are you using personal folders or the exchange mailbox for delivery?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, LauraK asked:

Milly, we are using exchange mailboxes on Exchange Server 2003.

Following up on this issue, we found a white paper that included a switch to
repost the free/busy information. Run Outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy seems to
work. Now we need to figure out how to run this for all our staff.

How about a script or a batch file?
