Yes, it would work. It may not work the way you'd like though, as the asst.
would need both partner's accounts in her profile and full access to their
hotmail email. A 3rd party sharing application might be better for you -
other options are listed at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm.

(Unless you need Outlook licenses, MSN Premium will offer the same options
as MOOL and one MSN account allows 10 subaccounts associated with it. All 10
accounts can use the outlook connector which is the backbone of MOOL.)

When I go to the 'Outlook Connector' menu in Outlook, there is a 'Sharing...'
option that SEEMS like it should allow you to share a calendar with another
account...but when I do this and then try to 'Open a Shared Calendar...' I
get an error that says 'Unable to display the folder. Your profile is not
configured to support this operation for this user.'

Is this NOT what 'Sharing...' is for in MOOL? If not, what is that option
in there for?

Thanks

That's why I said it may not work the way you'd like.

You can share calendars and view the shared calendars online but not view
shared calendars in Outlook. So... you could use that menu to share your
calendar with UserB but UserB needs to log in to their web interface to see
your calendar items. If UserB shares with you, you'll need to go to
www.hotmail .com (or msn.com) to see their calendar. For some people this is
good enough, but based on your description, I think a true shared calendar
experience (from one of the many sharing utilities) might work better.
