I work an irregular schedule of D & N shifts. I think there must be a way to
enter all D shifts @ once & then all N shifts for each month. Can you help me. Using Calendar on Microsoft Outlook. |

Outlook doesn't support irregular schedules well. If they don't fit a
recurring pattern outlook supports, you can enter two (one day, one night shift) and copy and paste them to create the others. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Author, Google and Other Search Engines (Visual QuickStart Guide) Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Join OneNote Tips mailing list: http://www.onenote-tips.net/ "Cybergranny" <Cybergranny@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:9785369A-9CFC-45F4-B75C-E1E33E547935@microsoft.com... >I work an irregular schedule of D & N shifts. Have a look at WS:Repeat Appointment II for Outlook. This does exactly as
you describe. Details for the Outlook Addin and a FREE 28 day evaluation copy can be found at http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIn...tment/index.htm and our WS:RA II FAQ pages are at http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIn...nt/WSRA_FAQ.htm. We already have hospital clients using WS:RA II but let us know if you require further details on the product.
