importing from excel to outlook

Hi,
I have an excel sheet,where there is a description of activities and target
dates to complete those.
I want to import this to outlook as "Tasks".
Can you please let me know how to do this?

Try the reverse. Create a few tasks in Outlook with the type of data in
your Excel spreadsheet. Export this task folder to Excel and compare the
two files. Massage your accordingly.
