Default I have Office 2000 SP3 and I can't apply a colored label to my ap.

I'm using Office 2000, SP3 and when I use Outlook and schedule an
appointment, there is no option to apply a colored label. Is there some way
to get that particular field on the appointment form?

Only if you upgrade to Outlook 2002 or 2003.
