how do you sync multiple outlook calendars to a pocket pc

You don't without third party programs. Try posting to
microsoft.public.pocketpc for assistance.

The default calendar synchs by design. If you want others to synch, go to
microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync and inquire there about third party
software.
