Default unable to opern the free/busy information

When attempting to access a shared calendar, I receive the message 'unable to
open the free/busy information'. How can I resolve this?

SYMPTOMS
When you use the meeting planner to view another person's free/busy time,
you may receive the following error message:
Unable to load free/busy information
CAUSE
This behavior may occur because there is a problem with the other person's
published free/busy information.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, refresh the free/busy information by running
Outlook with the /CleanFreeBusy command-line switch on the computer that is
experiencing problems publishing free/busy information. To do this: 1. Click
Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy.
3. Click OK.

you must make sure you are running /cleanfreebusy on the computer that is
having the problem... If you run it on your computer and you are sharing the
calander run it on the other computer this may clear up that problem...

for instance- run it on the account that your attempting to access and not
your account.

I am having the same problem listed here and i have run the /cleanfreebusy on
both systems. The person that has the calendared shared only shares with
"read-only" although we have given the person "publishing editor" rights.
This happens with to people in the same office but another person sharing
thier calendar to the same recipient does not have this problem.

Do you have any other suggestions? We are running MS SBS2003 R2 and Outlook
2007. We did not have this problem with Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000

Thanks,

Scot
