Forward Appointment has the sender address from the originator

Hello
when forwarding an appointment with outlook to a recipient on a server
outside the own Exchange organisation, the senders address is not from the
forwarding one it is from the originator. How can it be, and how to change
this. It is easy to fake an appointment on taht way. Thanks for your help.
