In Exchange 5.5, it was easy to set up mailboxes for our resources (meeting
rooms). In Exchange 2003 (which I've been using now for a whole week), it is not as straight-forward. In my travels, I understand that it is also possible to make these calendars viewable in Public Folders. Can someone give the scoobie on how best to do this? I am sure I can jerry-rig something, but I really want to enact the most efficient and viable option. thanks! Deb Furlong |

The procedure hasn't changed. See
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm Mailbox calendars and Public Folders calendars remain two distinct entities. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Deb" <Deb@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:3BF325F9-3C7E-4FE0-B8F2-A53666EC0327@microsoft.com... > In Exchange 5.5, it was easy to set up mailboxes for our resources > (meeting > rooms).
