Default How to reserve a meeting room

Hi All,

I would like to ask our users to use the Outlook calendar to book our
meeting rooms. We have 6 meeting rooms. Can anyone tell me how to do the set
up? Do I need to do some setup in Exchange Server as well. How?

I am using Exchange Server 2000 Standard Full Packaged Product(FPP) w/ SP3
and MS Office 2000 Standard Version.

Thanks.

I tried to go into the Tools|Options|Calendar Options. When I click the
"Resource Scheduling" button in "Calendar Options" window, I received the
message "The operation failed". Please help.

Thanks and regards,
Lewis

I'd start the troubleshooting process by running Help | Detect and Repair.
Does this happen for all meeting room mailboxes? From all machines?

I tried Help|Detect and Repair. But still got the same error message.
BTW, In Calendar options "Use Microsoft Schedule+ as my primary calendar" is
greyed out. Does it mean anything?

Thanks and regards,
Lewis

Sorry, I forgot to mentioned that: it happens to all users, all meeting room
mailboxes and all machines. Do you think if it has some wrong with our Office
Outlook?
