Hi!
Is there any way to cc: a co-worker on Meeting Requests without actually inviting the co-worker to the meetings? Is that what the "Contacts" field at the bottom left of the Meeting Request form is for? Thanks! Gregg |

Contacts is for linking to Journal. If you want to add your co-worker, make
them an optional invitee. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After furious head scratching, Gregg asked: | Hi! | | Is there any way to cc: a co-worker on Meeting Requests without | actually inviting the co-worker to the meetings? | | Is that what the "Contacts" field at the bottom left of the Meeting | Request form is for? | | Thanks! | | Gregg |
