Default Copy co-worker on Meeting Request (without inviting!)

Hi!

Is there any way to cc: a co-worker on Meeting Requests without
actually inviting the co-worker to the meetings?

Is that what the "Contacts" field at the bottom left of the Meeting
Request form is for?

Thanks!

Gregg

Contacts is for linking to Journal. If you want to add your co-worker, make
them an optional invitee.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Gregg asked:

Or forward them the appointment in a separate message.
