How do I hide appointment title when printing an Outlook calendar.

I am required to post a monthly calendar of appointments on my door at work.
I have several daily or weekly reminder messages in the form of private
appointments that pop-up in the morning. I would like these reminders hidden
when printing the calendar for public posting. Currently each reminder
appointment is labeled "private appointment", which clutters the space and
crowds out other appts.
