Default OL 2003 event colorings lost on export

In Outlook 2003, laptop user:
a. manually colors calendar events/appts
b. Exports to memory stick, using
File/export/export to a file/Format/
"tab separated values (windows)"
In Outlook 2003 (desktop), Admin Asst imports file. However, the event
colors are gone.

Suggestions?

Known limitation. They should be fine if you export to a .pst file.
