Default Adding Meta Tag to Calendar?

When I save the Outlook calendar as a web page, I would like to add a
'no-robots' meta tag to the top for privacy. Is there a way to add the meta
tag from within Outlook? I can simply add the meta tag using notepad but I
would rather not have to go through the extra step

No. You would have to edit the HTML file that Outlook creates.
