Default Using Shared Calendars as default appointment acceptance

We run exchange 2003 at our work. We all have shard calendars and
personal calendars. My question is, is there a way to make any
invitation for group events (inviting someone else to an event) to
show up on your SHARED calendar?

It always gets place on my personal calendar and then other people
can't see the appointment.

Any help would be appreciated

Thank You,
Monty

No - the appointments/meetings will always go to your default calendar.
