Help: Outlook 2000 users can not view Outlook 2003 calendars

Hello. On Exchange 2000, we have several different versions of Outlook
deployed in our organization. I am receiving calls from our users who
have Outlook 2000 saying that they can't view others' calendars in our
organization. As it turns out, the handful of calendars they can't view
belong to the users who have Outlook 2003.

Is there a patch or fix out there that will allow our Outlook 2000 users
to view another user's calendar when that user is on Outlook 2003?

Thank you for your response but this does not describe our problem at
all. If an OL2000 user goes to File, Open, Other User's Folder and
attempts to open a calendar for a user who happens to be using OL2003,
they are unable to open it.
