Outlook should let me overlay calendars (for at least printing)

I'd like to overlay multiple calendars at least for printing, so I can print
a single calendar that has my work events, team events, and personal events.
I'm now using Outlook 2003 and the side-by-side view is a great improvement,
but not the same as being able to print a single composite calendar.

Use one calendar and categories...
