Default 4 week periods


I need outlook to do the following is it possible:

1 - Divide the year into 13, four week period. where I set the start date.
2 - Then number the weeks and periods strting at my chosen date

Please help it would be great

It's not possible in Outlook - I'm not sure if any third party addins will
