Sync another calendar with my ipaq?

Hi,
I have a calendar on outlook that is in my public folder list (and
Favorites) It is my calendar but I want a number of other users to be able
to see and edit it so that is why it is shared. I also have a small ipaq
that I have synchronised to my computer. Is there a way of choosing which
calendar it synchronises with instead of just the standard one?
Any thoughts on how to do this would be most appreciated.
