Default How do I print a calendar from Outlook with a label key?

Trying to use Outlook to set up one calendar for the family to use and would
like to be able to print the calendar with a key of labels (red for dad etc).
Using Outlook 2003 and Windows XP

Default Changing color labels

In any calendar view, click the Calendar Coloring icon that appears on the toolbar, Edit Labels. This allows you to change the labels of each of Outlooks 10 preset colors. Change one label to Dad (for example) and one label to whatever else.

There are two methods to change the coloring of an appointment, one is manual and the other automatic.

Manual – each time you create an appointment, you will see the “Label” field following the “Location” field in the appointment dialog. You can use this dropdown to apply Staff or Provider.

Automatic Formatting – you can add rules that will automatically format your calendar items. You may wish to use Outlook Help to learn how to setup automatic formatting.
